Stadium Sauna
The sauna is the 'Stadium Sauna,' one of the largest in Western Japan. The room temperature is approximately 85-90°C, and the spacious four-tiered interior is enveloped in heat by an automatic löyly every 20 minutes. The high ceiling allows for effective circulation of heat and humidity.
Cold Bath
The cold plunge bath is located right in front of the sauna room, with a perceived temperature of 15-17°C. It is a spacious bath that cools effectively, allowing for a smooth transition from heat to cold.
