"Hiroshima Pacific Hotel Sauna Kame no Ie" is an all-male SPA & sauna public bath in Kamihatchobori, Naka-ku, Hiroshima City. Located on the hotel’s first floor, it features an authentic dry sauna at around 100°C with mist-style auto löyly every 15 minutes, a thoroughly chilled cold plunge bath, and a spacious indoor bath. Guests can also enjoy services such as unlimited Ion Water, the official sauna drink, and fully unwind in a calm space filled with soft jazz.
A fully authentic dry sauna maintained at around 100°C with moderate humidity. Thanks to the mist-style auto löyly that activates every 15 minutes, the room is always filled with pleasant moisture and hot air. In a calm wood-toned interior with jazz playing softly, you can enjoy an exceptional sauna experience and work up a heavy sweat.
A very cold "cold water bath" set right near the sauna room, kept at around 13°C. Its sharp chill wraps around your body and quickly cools you down after the sauna. The water quality is excellent, and the texture on the skin is remarkably smooth. After cooling down thoroughly, you can head to the bathhouse rest area, where gentle jazz plays, or return to your room and savor a luxurious state of perfect relaxation.
