The cold plunge bath located right next to the sauna is known for its crisp, refreshing chill. It uses cool water typical of a mountain area, feels very smooth against the skin, and quickly cools down a body heated by the sauna. The way the water temperature changes with the seasons is part of the charm of natural water, and in winter the cold becomes especially sharp. The spacious tub lets you soak comfortably, and after cooling down, moving to outdoor air bathing in the open-air area lets you enjoy an exceptional sense of freedom together with the clear mountain air.
