Shin Gifu Sauna is a sauna facility for men located in Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture. It offers three types of saunas: a Finnish-style large room, a private self-löyly room, and an herbal steam sauna, allowing you to choose the quality of heat. The cold plunge baths include standard baths using underground water from the Nagara River, a single bath at 7-9°C, and a lying-down cold plunge bath, offering a wide range of cooling options. The facility also includes a dining area called 'Ranmaru' and a relaxation space, ensuring a smooth flow during your stay. Accommodation plans centered around capsules are also available, functioning as an 'urban totonoi base' that integrates sauna, dining, and sleep seamlessly.

A tepid cold water bath where you can lie down and enjoy a floating sensation. Uses well water from the Nagara River system, warmed to provide a near-zero temperature sensation for a gentle totonoi experience. The lingering effect lasts long when entered immediately after a strong cold bath.
