Equipped with a Bonatherm heater under the bench for even heating, it automatically adds water to aromatic stones to generate steam. This sauna reduces the dry sensation that can irritate the nose and throat, enveloping you in heat and humidity to induce deep sweating. Its air design minimizes heat unevenness, making it a 'core' sauna where you can sweat effectively from the beginning of your stay.

Achieves intense heat of approximately 110°C while ensuring breathability through a calculated air intake and exhaust structure. The dry heat warms the body core quickly, making it ideal for the first or final session to create a sharp 'contrast' in temperature.

A large cold bath set at 15-16°C. With enough space for 15 people, you can even dive and swim after pouring water over your head. This main cooling facility induces a deep state of 'totonou' by rapidly switching the autonomic nervous system with a strong temperature contrast.
