JozankeiShikanoYu

Hokkaido Sapporo City

Jozankei 'Shika no Yu' is a hot spring inn that combines traditional hot spring bathing with authentic saunas. It features two types of saunas, stadium-style and circular, that alternate between heat and humidity. The deep and shallow cold plunge baths, filled with the headwaters of the Toyohira River, instantly tighten the body. The hot spring water is a famous chloride spring of Jozankei, with hotter baths that warm you to the core and maintain circulation and warmth long after bathing. It is a place where nature and the contrast of heat and cold harmonize, allowing all five senses to quietly reach a state of perfect relaxation.
