Health Center Source 1 & 2
This acidic, high-temperature mineral spring with a temperature of 42.9–48.6°C and a pH of about 3.0 is 100% sourced directly. Immersing in the water provides a crisp texture on the skin, and after bathing, the combination of improved circulation and heat retention gently relaxes the core of the body. With views of Mount Tokachi from the highly natural open-air bath, the weight of time seems to disappear.
Sauna & Cold Bath Information
Dry Self-Löyly Sauna
A sauna using cypress wood on the walls, allowing for self-löyly on the stones. The heat in the 90°C range quickly envelops the body, inducing a state of 'totonou' when paired with an outdoor air bath overlooking the snowy landscape. With subdued lighting and the scent of wood, it provides a focused atmosphere reminiscent of a northern mountain lodge.
Stream Water Cold Plunge Bath
A deep cold bath prepared for immediate use after the sauna. It uses stream water from the Tokachi mountain range, allowing for full immersion up to the shoulders to sharply cut off the heat. The clarity of the cold water and the short transition path vividly switch the body from hot to cold, imprinting a 'reset feeling' on the visitor.
