About Shikiso

"Shikiso" is a hot spring inn located in Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture. It features the Yunokawa Onsen, one of Japan's three most beautiful hot springs, which springs from the foot of Mt. Daikokuyama, and the Finnish-style löyly sauna "PARATIISI." Japan's first separate-style sauna uses stones made from Tottori Prefecture's red silica and an automatic löyly system to create optimal steam, while the cold plunge bath with a total water volume of 4 tons and a maximum depth of 160 cm deeply cools you down. The facility also includes the relaxation area "Kuoppa," the sauna meal restaurant "Yufura," and the workation space "Rasia," allowing you to spend a comfortable day.

Yunokawa Onsen, which springs from the foot of Mt. Daikokuyama, is known as one of Japan's three most beautiful hot springs. The sodium-calcium sulfate chloride spring has high cleansing and moisturizing effects, cherished as a beauty bath that smooths the skin. In the open-air bath, you can enjoy seasonal views while bathing, and during the cherry blossom season, it is renowned as a cherry blossom bath with breathtaking views. It is also expected to have benefits for neuralgia, fatigue recovery, muscle fatigue, and health promotion.

A cold plunge bath using 100% hot spring water to cool down your body heated in the sauna. It boasts a total water volume of 4 tons and a maximum depth of 160 cm, allowing for thorough cooling that envelops your entire body. The bath features the softness and mineral feel unique to hot springs, offering a quality of coldness distinct from ordinary tap water. Located within the sauna area, it provides a smooth transition from the löyly sauna, making it appealing. By sinking deeply, the cold penetrates to the core, guiding you to a vivid state of totonou.
