Kannonzan Sauna Jojidera is a sauna facility located on Kannonzan in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture. Situated at an altitude of 190m, it offers a breathtaking location with the concept of 'training to achieve enlightenment,' pushing both mind and body to their limits. The facility features three saunas: Shaka Enbu, which exceeds 90°C, Sora no Ma with a wood-burning stove, and Jokan'non, a steam sauna with aromatic scents, each providing different levels of heat to warm the body. A 9°C single cold plunge bath rapidly cools you down, while a 14°C relaxation cold water bath and a cypress bath guide you through a gradual cooldown. In the outdoor air bath space, you can enjoy panoramic views of Takasaki's magnificent scenery and night views, experiencing a deep meditative state of totonou in silence. The drink menu is also extensive, and you can bring drinks into the sauna room using a dedicated tumbler.
