Open-Air Sauna
A sauna located in the men's open-air area. It has a slightly lower temperature and allows for self-löyly. You can pour water on the sauna stones at your own pace and enjoy the steam. In the open-air space, you can feel the outside air while sweating. The gentle heat slowly warms the body, allowing you to relax while being surrounded by nature. By alternating with the indoor löyly sauna, you can enjoy different perspiration experiences.
Cold Bath
A cold plunge bath using nano-bubble water. It is moderately cold, providing a comfortable cooling effect for the body heated in the sauna. The nano-bubbles are gentle on the skin, and the water is characterized by its smooth quality. It is at a temperature range that allows for gradual soaking, slowly dissipating body heat.
