The room is spacious, allowing you to sweat thoroughly. The high-temperature dry sauna uses a convection stove with sauna stones, providing stable heat. Even with a large number of people, you can enjoy a relaxed sweating experience without feeling cramped. Surrounded by a quiet environment of birch forests, you can focus and fully enjoy the sauna.
Cold Bath
A cold plunge bath to moderately cool down your body temperature elevated in the sauna. The temperature is around 18°C, offering a crisp coldness while still being at a temperature you can immerse in slowly. It's perfect for cooling down after the sauna, drawing out the heat from deep within your body.
