After bathing, your skin becomes smooth, and it is expected to be effective for neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, sensitivity to cold, and fatigue recovery. A cold plunge bath to moderately cool down your body temperature elevated in the sauna. The temperature is around 18°C, offering a crisp coldness while still being at a temperature you can immerse in slowly.
