Kanmon Hot Spring
A strong saline spring that gushes from underground in Shimonoseki. Although colorless and transparent, it has a high salt concentration, leaving a thin salt film on the skin after bathing, which provides excellent heat retention. You can enjoy the natural hot spring in both the indoor and open-air baths, with the open-air bath offering a panoramic view of the Kanmon Straits and the townscape of Moji. The texture of the water is moist and soft, gently warming you from the core. Even after bathing, your body temperature remains elevated, which is expected to be effective for cold sensitivity, muscle pain, and fatigue recovery.
