Katayamazu Onsen
Draws water from Katayamazu Onsen, one of the Kaga Onsen villages. Katayamazu Onsen is a hot spring that wells up from the lakebed of Lake Shibayama, and its chloride spring is known for its excellent heat retention and for not letting you cool down easily after bathing. The water has a soft, silky feel that seems to cling to the skin, and after bathing, your skin feels moist, smooth, and well-conditioned. The indoor grand bath offers a 15-meter panoramic view, with an open and breathtaking outlook over Lake Shibayama and the Hakusan mountain range. The semi-open-air open-air bath can be used in any weather, and you can also enjoy the illuminated lake surface at night. It is expected to help with muscle pain, joint pain, and sensitivity to cold.
