"Monyu Camellia Onsen" is a peaceful hot spring facility with an attached campsite, located near the beautiful Monyu Dam in Sanuki City, Sanuki Town. It has a unique commitment to heating the baths with firewood instead of gas, and the warmed water is said to heat you wonderfully from the core of your body. The spring water itself is an alkaline hypotonic cold mineral spring with a pH of 8.6, and because it contains radon, it is known as a skin-beautifying bath that leaves your skin smooth. The sauna area is fully equipped with two types of saunas: an authentic far-infrared sauna where you can relax and sweat at your own pace, and a pleasant mist sauna. Right in front of it is a cold plunge bath filled with running tap water, where you can enjoy the seasonal changes in water temperature.

A spacious dry sauna room equipped with a gas-powered far-infrared heater, with seating for around 10 guests. The temperature is kept mild, creating a comfortable sauna space where you can enjoy deep, gradual sweating without placing too much strain on your body.
A steam sauna room wrapped in a moist, warm mist. It is low-temperature and high-humidity, gentle on the throat and skin, and softly soothes a body chilled by camping or fatigue, refreshing you while providing moisture.
A cold plunge bath located right in front of the sauna, filled with running tap water. The water depth is about 40 cm to 60 cm. No chiller is installed, so in summer it stays pleasantly lukewarm for long soaks, while in winter it becomes icy cold, letting you enjoy the natural seasonal changes in water temperature as they are.
