The facility offers a wide variety of saunas, including a five-tier tower sauna that provides strong heat on the upper benches and milder sweating on the lower benches so you can choose your preferred intensity. There is also a salt sauna and a steam bath called a kamaburo. After cooling off in the 18.5°C cold plunge bath, you can relax in the open-air area on the many benches and chairs provided to enjoy outdoor relaxation in the fresh air.
