Yudokoro Aratae Komatsushima in Komatsushima City, Tokushima Prefecture, is a bathing facility offering extensive amenities and a natural hot spring. The saunas include a genuine high-temperature stone sauna and a slow, sweat-inducing salt sauna (sauna types and temperature settings differ between men and women). After tightening up in the cold plunge bath chilled to around 18°C by a chiller, you can relax outdoors on chairs or in the reclining outdoor bath in the open-air area. The hot spring, drawn from 800 meters underground, is also a major attraction with excellent heat-retention properties.
