A three-tier tower-style dry sauna. Air temperature is around 85°C–90°C, but it is notable for an auto löyly that operates three times every 40 minutes in one-minute intervals. The moment water drops, hot steam fills the room, sharply raising the perceived temperature and drawing out a torrent of sweat. Every Sunday they hold events such as Extra Hot Sauna Day, when the set temperature is increased. A 50°C–60°C steam sauna is also provided.

One of Himehiko Onsen's major attractions is the cold plunge bath that uses high-quality natural onsen water cooled with a chiller. Binchotan charcoal is submerged in the bath, and combined with the spring minerals it produces an exceptionally mellow, skin-friendly texture. Water temperature is about 15°C–18°C, gently but effectively cooling a body heated by an intense sauna. Water depth is ample at 40–60 cm.
