A spacious dry sauna equipped with a gas-fired far-infrared stove. The tiered, wide bench seating lets you sit back and relax while watching TV as you work up a sweat. The setting produces a stronger heat than the thermometer may indicate and is highly effective at inducing perspiration. There is a rule to bring a foam kickboard when entering and to wipe seating sweat with the provided bath towel upon leaving, so the interior is kept consistently clean.

Temperatures vary by season, offering a crisp chill that nevertheless feels gentle on the skin thanks to the high water quality, making it comfortable to stay in for longer periods. After tightening the body in the cold plunge bath, you can sit on chairs in the outdoor area and enjoy a blissful open-air cooldown while feeling the Yawatahama breeze.
