The cold plunge bath is located just beside the sauna room. It is carefully kept at around 16–18°C to rapidly cool and tighten the body heated in the sauna. The depth is sufficient to submerge up to the shoulders for a full cool-down. After the cold plunge, sit on the benches in the outdoor area, which is gender-swapped on odd and even days, and enjoy outdoor air cooling while feeling the crisp mountain air and gentle breeze.
