A far-infrared dry sauna that can accommodate more than 20 people. The lower bench is about 85°C while the upper bench reaches nearly 100°C, allowing you to sweat thoroughly at your preferred heat level.

For men, a maifan-stone low-temperature sauna using hot spring steam at about 60–70°C; for women, a salt sauna at about 68°C.

A flow-through cold plunge bath with water temperatures between 14.5 and 16.9°C. Charcoal bags are placed in the water for hygienic purposes, and the bath is sufficiently wide and deep for a thorough cool-down.
