A far-infrared sauna installed in the Western-style bath, available to men on even-numbered days and to women on odd-numbered days. It reaches about 90°C, providing solid heat so you can comfortably sweat while watching TV.

A genuine sauna in the Western-style bath equipped with an iki stove. In a dim meditation space with indirect lighting, regular automatic löyly provides substantial humidity and heat.

A salt sauna in the Japanese-style bath, available to men on odd-numbered days and to women on even-numbered days. Set at a relatively high temperature of about 83°C, the room contains large rock salt blocks for a deep sweat and expected skin-beautifying effects.

An indoor cold plunge bath located right next to the sauna room. With a mild temperature of about 18–20°C, it offers excellent access and flow from the sauna.

The entire open-air bath area is opened as a cold plunge bath. You can cool down at leisure in the spacious outdoor setting, and some sections are equipped with bubblers (air bubbles), making the perceived temperature feel lower.
