Kaike Onsen
A natural hot spring chloride spring that has continued since 1921 as the source and origin of Kaike’s springs. This sodium-calcium chloride spring, with a salty taste reminiscent of seawater, is known as a hot bath that does not cool down easily, and the warmth lingers long after you leave the bath. The differently designed "O-buro" and "Yu-buro" alternate weekly, and you can take your time enjoying a variety of baths, including a circular bathhouse with a dome-like ceiling and an open-air hot spring bath. Near the facility entrance, there is also a drinking spring and a place to boil hot spring eggs using piping-hot source water.
