Minato Onsen Honokami is a day-use natural hot spring facility in Sakaiminato City, Tottori Prefecture. It stands next to Yume Minato Tower and features a large public bath and open-air bath in the main building, plus 10 private family baths in the annex, each with a different atmosphere. The water is a sodium chloride spring. The spacious indoor baths and the open-air baths, which offer a sweeping view of Mt. Daisen across the Sea of Japan, are especially impressive. With a sauna, a deep cold plunge bath, and outdoor-air bath benches, it is a pleasant place to totonou while feeling the breeze over the bay. After bathing, you can relax at your leisure in the rest room.

A deep and spacious cold plunge bath located right next to the sauna room. Its depth lets you sit back and relax comfortably even while half crouched, sending a refreshing jolt through your body after the sauna. The temperature setting varies from day to day. In summer, it is mildly cool and easy to soak in for a long time, while in winter it turns sharply cold and crisp. Once you get out, you can head to the open-air outdoor-air bath bench and spend some time slowly totonou while feeling the Sea of Japan breeze.
