The facility features what is said to be the world’s first Anti-Aging Sauna (a low-temperature far-infrared sauna). At around 50°C, it produces a gentle sweat similar to a bedrock spa. Cold plunge baths are available both indoors and outdoors, each using natural spring water with a clear, pleasant quality for cooling down.
