A dry sauna where you can work up a sweat in the serenity of the top floor. The room is set at around 90°C, offering strong heat while maintaining a calm atmosphere that is ideal for refreshing yourself. You can also look out over the streets of Kanazawa from the sauna room, letting you fully enjoy an authentic sauna session in an open, uplifting mood. It is the perfect space when you want to step away from the bustle of the entertainment district and reset both mind and body.

The cold plunge bath is located right next to the sauna room. Set to a crisp temperature of around 16°C, it rapidly cools down a body heated by the high-temperature sauna and gives a pleasant jolt of stimulation. With its refreshing water quality, it feels crisp and clean on the skin. Though compact, it is also deep enough to let you sink in up to your shoulders for a proper cool-down.
