The simple hot spring water is known as a "beauty bath," leaving the skin feeling smooth and refreshed. Saunas are available in both main bathing areas, "Iwate Fuji" and "Himekami," where powerful heat makes for an invigorating sweat. For cooling down after the sauna, there is a cold plunge bath with a naturally refreshing chill that is unaffected by the outside temperature, allowing you to enjoy blissful totonou while feeling the air of nature all around you.
