The sauna facilities include two types: a far-infrared dry sauna that efficiently encourages perspiration with powerful heat, and a kama-buro steam sauna that gently warms you as you are surrounded by steam. The cold plunge bath, finished with binchotan charcoal on the walls, is characterized by its mildly alkaline water quality and offers a pleasantly cool-down experience.
