"Hanamaki Onsen Kashoen" is a ryokan tucked away in a serene setting surrounded by Nambu red pine forests, often referred to as the inner retreat of Hanamaki Onsen. Its pride and joy is a private hot spring source with a high pH, known as a silky, smooth alkaline spring. With a texture as smooth as beauty essence, it leaves the skin moisturized and soft. The large public bath is equipped with a full-scale dry sauna and cold plunge bath, making it possible to enjoy alternating hot and cold bathing with the quality hot spring waters. Relax in the hinoki-scented open-air bath or while taking in the ever-changing scenery beyond the windows, and savor a sublime time of relaxation.
A highly concentrated alkaline hot spring with a pH of 8.9. Colorless and clear, it is characterized by its distinctive silky texture and is exceptionally effective for beautifying the skin.
