The sauna comes in two varieties, a dry sauna and a steam sauna filled with the rich aroma of medicinal herbs, which you can enjoy on a weekly rotation. A highlight is the stainless steel cold plunge bath, filled with fresh water drawn from the mountains. In winter, the water can drop to single-digit temperatures, sometimes even around 5°C, and its crystal-clear quality is highly praised by sauna fans.
