NagayamaKenkoLandTaketorinoyu

One minute on foot from Nagayama Station, a temple of wellness featuring one of Tokyo's largest rock bath areas and a 100°C tower sauna

Tokyo Tama City

"Nagayama Kenko Land Taketorinoyu" is a large super sento located just steps from Nagayama Station in Tama, Tokyo. Its rock bath area, one of the largest in Tokyo, is the biggest draw, with an overwhelming scale of 20 types and more than 60 beds, and you can enjoy it as many times as you like with just the admission fee. The sauna is a powerful tower-style Finnish sauna, where aromatic steam encourages a pleasant sweat. In the open-air area, there is an artificial hot spring that recreates the mineral composition of Hokkaido's Futamata Onsen, and along with a high-concentration carbonated bath using natural deep underground water and a wide variety of feature baths, it offers all-day relaxation for both body and mind without ever getting boring.
