From the sauna room, you can go directly to the outdoor air bath area, making it possible to experience blissful totonou in Otaru’s crisp air. The natural hot spring is a calcium-sodium chloride spring with excellent heat-retention properties. In the open-air bath near the source, you can relax body and mind while taking in the seasonal beauty of nature.

Depending on the setting, it can feel close to a single-digit temperature bath (under 10 degrees), quickly cooling down a body warmed by the sauna and delivering an intense sense of refreshment.
