Ultimate outdoor relaxation with a free-flowing mountain spring cold plunge bath and a far-infrared sauna

Kagoshima Kagoshima City

Keikokuen is a natural onsen facility located in a lush valley along the Honmyo River on the border between Kagoshima City and Aira City. A mountain cabin-style far-infrared sauna is installed in the outdoor area, where an intense blast of heat can be enjoyed in front of the stove. The facility's most distinctive feature is an outdoor cold plunge bath fed by freely flowing mountain spring water that is also drinkable. Being enveloped in the pleasantly cool water at 16°C–21°C while listening to the babbling of the river is pure bliss. Together with the free-flowing source spring known as the Rejuvenation Bath, guests can fully experience the blessings of nature.
