Miyazaki Miyazaki City

The men-only Sauna MIYAZAKI inside Miyazaki Daiichi Hotel is a paradise-like facility for sauna enthusiasts. In the 2024 renovation, it introduced a self-löyly sauna equipped with a top-of-the-line stove from Estonia's Saunum, making its debut in Japan. It also features a huge V-shaped dry sauna for 30 people and a spacious cold plunge bath cooled to around 15°C with a chiller.
