After sweating it out in the spacious far-infrared sauna, guests can enter a deep cold plunge bath fed by Aoidake's natural groundwater, with a maximum depth of 140cm. Outdoor air sessions under the fresh mountain sky are exceptional for breathing in the crisp natural air. The facility also includes GRAN SAUNA MIYAZAKI, a private outdoor sauna enjoyed in swimwear, meeting a variety of sauna preferences.
A sodium bicarbonate and chloride hot spring. Certified as a POLA Bisei Repair Onsen, its most distinctive feature is the lotion-like, silky "toromi" texture. It provides both cleansing and moisturizing effects, leaving skin smooth after bathing. In the outdoor baths you can enjoy supreme bathing while feeling seasonal breezes and gazing at the stars.
A spacious far-infrared sauna with 2 to 3 tiers of seating. The room temperature is mildly set at around 80°C–90°C, making it comfortable and not stifling, so you can relax for a longer session while watching TV. Individual sauna mats are provided at the entrance for added comfort.
