"Ukiha Onsen Kiyonoya" is an inn in Chikugogawa Onsen in Ukiha City, Fukuoka Prefecture. Its private spring, known as the "beauty bath," is alkaline with a pH of 8.9 and has a rich, silky-soft texture. In 2023, a barrel sauna was added to the rooftop private family bath, "Fūgetsu," allowing guests to enjoy self-löyly while taking in spectacular views of the Chikugo River. A cold water bath using groundwater and an outdoor rest area where you can feel the river breeze are also available. Blending fresh, free-flowing hot spring water that can even be drunk with a cutting-edge sauna experience, it offers a blissful moment of totonou for both body and mind.

A barrel-shaped sauna installed in the rooftop private family bath, Fūgetsu. Inside the pleasantly woody space, self-löyly is available, wrapping you in your preferred level of humidity and heat. From the window, you can take in a sweeping view of the majestic Chikugo River, and enjoy a thorough sweat session in an open, airy space. Compact in size, it still circulates heat well, offering an authentic sauna experience.
A cold water bath using groundwater, installed right next to the barrel sauna. With its gentle feel on the skin, it softly cools down your body after the sauna. Designed spacious enough to lie back in, it lets you soak in a relaxed state while feeling the pleasant breeze from the Chikugo River.
