Two tiers of seating are arranged around a small convection stove topped with sauna stones, and the walls are finished in diatomaceous earth, creating a calm and relaxing space. A spacious cold plunge bath located inside the large public bath area, right near the sauna room. Although there is no thermometer, it feels crisp and cold, quickly cooling down a body that has been thoroughly heated in the sauna. The water is gentle on the skin, and the size is appealing, allowing you to relax and sink in up to your shoulders. After cooling down, you can enjoy an outdoor-air bath on the bench in the changing room or in the open-air area surrounded by nature, down the stairs.
