"Kaike Yugetsu" is a new-style resort ryokan in Kaike Onsen, Yonago City, Tottori Prefecture, which grand opened in 2019. All 33 rooms have ocean views and private open-air hot spring baths on the terrace. Its greatest appeal is the Infinity Sky Open-Air Bath, where the horizon and the bathwater blend seamlessly together. You can enjoy a luxurious sense of openness, as if you were floating on the Sea of Japan. The large public bath area is also equipped with a dry sauna for men, a newly renovated cold plunge bath, and a mist sauna for women, creating a refined adult getaway.
A natural hot spring enjoyed in the Infinity Sky Open-Air Bath, where there is no boundary between the horizon and the tub, making it feel as if you are floating on the sea. A high-temperature dry sauna in the men's large public bath, with a clean, woodsy atmosphere. Humidity is kept low, and the dry, comfortable heat wraps around your entire body. A soft mist sauna adjacent to the women's large public bath, with water turned into a fine mist. The high humidity means you can breathe comfortably, and it is extremely gentle on the body, allowing you to warm up slowly and without strain. Together with the skin-beautifying hot spring, it offers an exquisite hydrating experience.
A cold plunge bath installed right next to the men's large public bath sauna room, renovated in July 2024. The crisp, clear water feels gentle on the skin and cools down your overheated body after the sauna in an instant.
