The temperature is set slightly mild, making it ideal even for people who do not like very cold cold plunge baths or for beginners, as they can ease into it without straining their bodies. While using tap water, it has a soft feel on the skin and gently cools the heated body after sauna use. Combined with an outdoor air bath in the open-air area where the crisp air of rich nature flows in, it offers a luxurious relaxation time.
