"Aio-so, the Sea-View Inn" is a hot spring inn located halfway up Nakamichi Mountain in Aio Higashi, Yamaguchi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. The water is the natural Aio Onsen, which gently warms the body and helps relieve fatigue. It draws a simple weak radioactive cold mineral spring from Aio Onsen, and the water is very gentle, warming the body deeply and slowly from within. The large public bath alternates between men and women every other day and includes a natural hot spring open-air bath with an unobstructed panoramic view and a spacious large observatory bath. On a clear day, you can even see Yufu-dake in Oita Prefecture. The magnificent natural scenery completely soothes away the fatigue of travel.
