"Amami Yagijima Hotel" is a spa and resort hotel built on Yagijima, an island floating in Naze Port on Amami Oshima in Kagoshima Prefecture. The entire top-floor fifth level is a bath and wellness area, and from the observation open-air bath you can take in sweeping views of the streets of Naze, the beautiful sunset, and the night scenery. Amami's first low-temperature mist sauna uses ionized groundwater filtered through tenshaishi, enveloping the whole body in gentle steam. The facility also features baths made with tenshaishi, a cold plunge bath using groundwater, and an outdoor relaxation area where you can feel the sea breeze, offering an island-style relaxation experience.
