About Ashizuri Kokusai Hotel

"Ashizuri Kokusai Hotel" is a resort hotel located at Ashizuri Cape, the southernmost point of Shikoku, and boasts an outstanding location overlooking the majestic Pacific Ocean. Its pride and joy is the hot spring, a natural radon hot spring drawn from Ashizuri Onsen, said to have soothed the Buddhist monk Kobo Daishi, Kukai. The mildly alkaline, gentle water is believed to help improve immunity and enhance the body’s natural healing power, and it is also cherished as a cure-all hot spring. The view from the open-air bath is especially breathtaking. Soaking while gazing at the sea and sky spread out before you, and at night at the star-filled sky, is a blissful moment that makes you forget everyday life. You can enjoy an experience that relaxes both body and mind while listening to the sound of the waves. The hotel also offers a full range of activities, including a morning walk to Hakusan Cave Gate.

Hot SpringONSEN

Ashizuri Onsen

The large public bath and open-air bath are filled with Ashizuri Onsen, a rare natural radon hot spring in Japan. Its mildly alkaline water is gentle on the skin, and simply soaking in it gradually warms the body and helps activate immunity. The highlight is the view from the open-air bath, where you can take in the vast Pacific Ocean so wide that the horizon appears curved. In the morning, you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise glow, and at night, a starry sky that seems to pour down together with the sound of the waves. The bath area is also equipped with a hydrogen water server, supporting your health from the inside as well.
