Gunma Shibukawa City

"Ikaho Onsen Sakurai Ryokan" is an onsen ryokan in Shibukawa, Gunma Prefecture, set on a quiet hillside a little way from the stone steps street. From the large public baths and open-air baths on the top sixth floor, the men's bath offers sweeping views of Mount Haruna and the Ikaho townscape, while the women's bath overlooks Mount Akagi and Maebashi City. The water used is the skin-friendly Silver Bath, rich in metasilicic acid. In 2023, Tsubaki no Yu was newly added, with three baths at different temperatures. The ryokan also features four private baths and rooms with open-air baths, allowing guests to enjoy a private soak at their leisure along with the magnificent scenery.
