About Ukawa Onsen Yoshinonosato

"Ukawa Onsen Yoshinonosato" is a hot spring and lodging complex in Kyotango City, Kyoto Prefecture. It features the sea hot spring "Ryugu," where you can take in sweeping views of the Sea of Japan, and the mountain hot spring "Kaguya," where the quiet of the bamboo grove offers a soothing retreat. These baths alternate for men and women by day, so guests can enjoy both. Its biggest draw is the scenic sauna, where you can have the panoramic Sea of Japan and its beautiful sunset all to yourself through the sauna room window. The sodium-sulfate, sodium bicarbonate, and chloride hot spring water that wells up from 1,200 m underground is renowned as a "beauty bath," and the property also includes cottage-style guest rooms, a campsite, a restaurant featuring local ingredients, and a scenic café.
