"Yumekaiyu Awajishima" is a hot spring resort embraced by rich nature, with Ohama Beach of white sand and green pines right in front and Mount Mikuma behind it. The resort's greatest pride is that guests can enjoy a tour of multiple spa areas, each with a different concept. In the main building's "Forest SPA," you can savor the smooth waters of Sumoto Onsen, which spring from the foot of Mount Mikuma, to your heart's content in the deep bath and lying bath of the large public bath "Izumi," as well as the indoor bath and open-air bath of "Hibiki." In addition, each large public bath is equipped with a compact, wood-toned dry sauna, and a cold water shower is available for cooling down after your sauna session. At "Annex Spa Kaion no Mori," where you can feel the beauty of the pine forest and the sea breeze, you can enjoy luxurious bathing in harmony with nature, including open-air baths and medicinal baths. There are also appealing private rental baths where you can exclusively enjoy this famous hot spring in complete privacy.
Sumoto Onsen fills the large public baths spread across the spa floor of the main building. Its smooth texture and gentle, alkaline simple spring water blend naturally with the body. You can enjoy a relaxing experience akin to forest bathing in a variety of styles, including the deep bath where you sink up to your shoulders, the lying bath, and the open-air bath.
Sumoto Onsen flows into the annex spa overlooking the beautiful pine forest of Ohama Beach. You can enjoy bathing while feeling the sea breeze on your skin in the open-air bath of the "White Sand Bath," or soothe yourself in the medicinal bath of the "Green Pine Bath," each offering the seasonal fragrance of nature. It is a place where you can gently warm both body and mind while enjoying a sense of unity with nature.
Three private baths: the open-air rental bath "Yumeumi," which overlooks Ohama Beach from a cypress bathtub, and "Heikai" and "Kanon," both of which feature wide, relaxing bathtubs and powder spaces. All of them let you fully enjoy Sumoto Onsen in a private setting, allowing you to spend a special private time.
A clean dry sauna installed in each of the large public baths "Izumi-IZUMI-" and "Hibiki-HIBIKI-" in the "Forest SPA" on the 6th floor of the main building. The compact room, which accommodates around 5 people, is equipped with a TV, so you can work up a good sweat while feeling the warmth of the wood.
