"Noboribetsu Onsen Hotel Mahoroba" is a large onsen ryokan located in the heart of the Noboribetsu Onsen hot spring district in Hokkaido. Its large public baths, among the largest in Japan, feature 31 different tubs for both men and women, including cypress baths, a huge open-air bath, and baths with slides that are especially popular with children. You can luxuriate in a bath-hopping experience across four different spring qualities that Noboribetsu is famous for: sulfur spring, saline spring, simple hot spring, and acidic iron spring. The baths on Basement 1 and 2 each come with a properly hot dry sauna and a crisp, cold plunge bath.

A famed hot spring that Noboribetsu Onsen proudly offers, filling one of Japan's largest vast public baths. You can enjoy four different source springs in a single bath-hopping experience: the milky, richly concentrated sulfur spring; the saline spring that helps prevent getting chilled after bathing; the acidic iron spring, rich in iron and effective for anemia and sensitivity to cold; and the simple hot spring, which leaves the skin moist and smooth, also known as the beauty bath. In the suite rooms with an open-air bath fed directly from the source, you can lavishly have the richly concentrated sulfur spring all to yourself in a marble tub.
