"Hakone Kamon" is a long-established hot spring ryokan in Hakone Town, Ashigarashimo District, Kanagawa Prefecture. Its proud private spring water, gushing from 800 meters underground, is a sodium-calcium chloride-sulfate spring known as a beautifying bath that leaves the skin silky smooth. In the large public bath, Yumeguri Chaya, guests can enjoy a tour of 10 different baths, including an open-air bath, reclining bath, jar bath, and cave bath. The bath area also features a sauna and a pot-shaped cold water bath, and there is also a private open-air bath with free-flowing water from the ryokan's own spring, offering luxurious bathing and monthly changing creative kaiseki cuisine.

A dry sauna attached to the large public bath area, named after an anecdote about Taikō Hideyoshi. Though the room is compact, the dry, powerful heat wraps your whole body, letting you work up a good sweat comfortably without feeling overly stifled. It helps efficiently relieve travel fatigue and stress, and the refreshing feeling after sweating is exceptional.
