It prides itself on an overwhelming volume of water, with up to 720 liters gushing out per minute from six abundant private springs on the premises. Guests can luxuriate in genuine 100% natural hot spring water flowing directly from the source, with no recirculation, no added water, and no reheating, throughout the large public baths, open-air baths, and even the in-room baths. Highlights include the high-ceilinged, airy greenhouse-style Jungle Bath, a cave bath, and a charming garden open-air bath. You can also enjoy a stroll through Sangan-en, the vast 10,000-tsubo strolling garden on the former site of the Iwasaki family villa of the former Mitsubishi zaibatsu.
