About Natural Hot Spring Yugawara Chiyodaso

Natural Hot Spring Yugawara Chiyodaso is a hot spring inn in Miyanoue, Yugawara Town, Ashigarashimo District, Kanagawa Prefecture. Its greatest pride is the abundant, gentle natural hot spring water from its own source, which continuously gushes forth from the property. On the 6th floor, it features a large panoramic open-air bath and a large public bath with sweeping views of the Hakone outer rim mountains and the streets of Yugawara. On the 1st floor, it has a nostalgic, spacious large public bath with a wall-length painting of Mount Fuji. Guests can also enjoy a full hot spring stay with an authentic dry sauna and cold plunge bath adjoining the 1st-floor large public bath, plus a rotation system between three large and medium baths for both men and women.

Hot SpringONSEN

Yugawara Onsen

A very gentle natural hot spring that wells up continuously from the source on the property and is especially kind to the skin. The round bath and square bath in the 6th-floor open-air bath are served as free-flowing spring water, allowing guests to fully enjoy fresh hot spring water. The sodium-calcium chloride spring composition leaves the skin moist and smooth, while warming you from the core and helping prevent chills after bathing. Guests can luxuriate in a rotation bath experience across three baths with distinct character: the 1st-floor large public bath with its beautiful Mount Fuji mural, the 6th-floor scenic open-air bath, and the medium baths.

As pleasant, refreshing sweat flows out, it helps wash away everyday stress and travel fatigue. A cold plunge bath installed right next to the sauna. It gently wraps the body after it has been thoroughly heated in the sauna, providing a firm and refreshing cool-down. The water is clean and soft on the skin, and because you can stay in it comfortably for a longer time, the temperature is easy to handle even for beginners. Alternating between hot and cold while looking at Mount Fuji promotes circulation throughout the body and delivers luxurious totonou and relaxation.
