About Inatori Ginsuiso

"Inatori Ginsuiso" is one of Izu’s most long-established hot spring inns, located in Higashiizu Town, Kamo District, Shizuoka Prefecture, with sweeping views of the sea. From the panoramic open-air bath attached to the large public bath, guests can fully enjoy the magnificent ocean view of Sagami Bay and the pleasant sea breeze. Its abundant private-source hot spring water, a mildly alkaline chloride spring, is poured generously into the large public bath and open-air bath, offering a silky, serum-like texture, excellent warmth retention, and supple, moisturized skin. It also features a refreshing dry sauna and a square cold plunge bath, making it possible to enjoy a high-quality wellness experience even on a day trip.

A panoramic large public bath and panoramic open-air bath with an overwhelming sense of openness, using the inn’s own high-temperature hot spring source, which gushes out at 270 liters per minute from the property. This mildly alkaline chloride spring (with water added and circulation used, no reheating) keeps you warm long after you leave the bath, and is proudly known for its luxurious silky texture, described as being like a beauty serum. From the panoramic open-air bath, you can enjoy a lavish hot spring experience while taking in a grand panorama where the sea, sky, and horizon come together.

Guest Room Open-Air Bath, Inatori Onsen

A luxurious private open-air bath on a dedicated terrace, available in the 17 guest rooms that come with a panoramic open-air bath. Each room offers a carefully chosen bath, such as a Shigaraki-yaki ceramic tub, and is filled with fresh, 100% private-source hot spring water in a free-flowing style. A private space where you can enjoy a magnificent ocean view anytime you like, without anyone disturbing you, and surrender yourself to the ultimate hot spring experience.

A small, warm dry sauna attached to each of the gender-segregated large public baths. With no TV or music, this quiet room is filled with bright natural light, letting you focus on your breathing and enjoy sweating with a clear mind. The heat from the convection stove gently envelops your whole body, warming you from the core without putting strain on it. Available from 07:00–09:30 and 14:00–21:00.

A square cold plunge bath located inside the large public bath, right in front of the sauna room. After heating your body thoroughly in the sauna, the mild, cool water gently wraps around you and tightens you up with outstanding comfort. The mild water temperature makes it easy to stay in for a longer time, allowing for a refreshing cooldown. After the cold plunge bath, enjoy an exceptional outdoor air bath in the open-air area while feeling the fresh sea breeze from the ocean on the relaxation chairs provided there.
