Midorinokaze Resort Kitayuzawa is a hot spring hotel in Date, Hokkaido. The public bath is equipped with two saunas supervised by a sauna creative team: a river-side sauna with self-löyly and a mountain-side sauna with auto-löyly. It uses an innovative auto-löyly system in which water flows from a glass tank set inside a circular wooden frame at the front, traveling through copper pipes and dropping onto the stove at regular intervals. The lower temperature and mild humidity make it easy to breathe, and warm you slowly and deeply from the core.
